Tecbond 425

Tecbond 425 is synthetic polymer-based hot melt adhesive formulated in tandem with the Tec spray guns, to let users apply adhesive quickly and efficiently over large surface areas.

Tecbond 425 is a high-performance general-purpose adhesive, suitable for use on wood, many plastics and heat-sensitive materials such as foams and expanded polystyrene. Predominantly used for product assembly applications, Tecbond 425 is designed to have a high output with lower viscosity than Tecbond 410 and 420 to speed up production processes.

The adhesive cools rapidly upon extrusion ensuring it doesn’t melt or burn sensitive substrates, while the increased coverage ensures there is a much stronger bond than possible with traditional bead guns.
