The Vactac® adhesive system is the direct replacement for solvent-based spray adhesives, offering users a more cost-effective and environmentally conscious alternative.

VOC-Free Adhesives

Vactac hot melt adhesives are free from organic solvents and other hazardous substances present in spray-can adhesives. Dispensed using compressed air, the hot melt slugs are safe to handle, better for the environment and don’t require any special storage conditions when not in use.

100% Solids

Did you know that spray-can adhesives have only 15 to 20% adhesives in them? Up to 85% of spray can adhesives are solvents that flash off after they’ve been sprayed. Vactac adhesives, however, are 100% solid content, all of which is dispensed in the spraying process.

No Airbourne Particles

Other adhesive systems produce some form of atomised particles that are potentially hazardous to both users and the environment. Vactac hot melts are free from atomized particles, negating the need for any respiratory PPE or air-filtration equipment in factories, reducing running costs whilst keeping workers safe.
